Sand core workshop:

Sand core: Sand core refers to the approximate appearance of a faucet made by using mixed sand to be injected into a mold and then baked at high temperature.

Scraping sand core: After baking, the sand core has been formed and fixed, but we need to scrape off some of the rest.

Key Workshop - Gravity Casting Workshop

Casting copper alloy melting: Simply put, it refers to melting raw materials such as copper alloys in a high-temperature electric furnace.

Gravity casting: Place the previous sand core on the mold first.

Next, pour the copper water into the mold and it will solidify in an instant.

After all, it cools down and the faucet is completely formed.

Machining workshop:

Machining: Using machine tools to perform various cutting operations on the shell, ensuring that the shell meets the required standards, shapes, and design requirements.

Polishing workshop:

Polishing: refers to the process of using various grinding heads or hemp (cloth) wheels of polishing machinery to process the surface of a faucet.

Appearance inspection: Check if there are any unqualified issues such as sand holes, cracks, etc. on the appearance of the shell.

Water testing area:

Water test: After passing the air pressure test, check whether the shell will produce water bubbles in the water. If there are no water bubbles, it is considered qualified.

Packaging area:

Packaging: use foam bags, newspapers, etc. to package the shell.

After inspecting the packaging, it is loaded and sent to the electroplating factory located in Xiamen for electroplating.

Electroplating: refers to the process in which metal ions in the plating solution are reduced to metallic elements and deposited on the surface of the electroplated part by the use of electron flow in the electrolysis process.

After electroplating is completed, it is necessary to check whether the appearance is electroplated without defects! From then on, a qualified faucet shell was born.
